Good morrow, fellow Escapists! I have a sordid tale to impart upon thee over the woes of my beau, and would inquire to others who could relate to such intolerable behaviour displayed by their own employers. I have no recollection as to the intention of such phrasings, but if other Escapists were so inclined, the use of such language is expressly encouraged!

So anyway: Meet the disorganised boss of the century. This guy is the current boss of my inamorato, and they work in music on the bottom rung, teaching and doing the odd performance. He was once an up and coming musician - winning many awards for his talents and meeting many local celebrities as a testament to his prowess. As the years went by, the limelight slowly shifted away and he found himself working as a tutor. Now that the brief history of such a person has been explored, let me explain why this is one of the worst employers I've ever heard of.

This guy is ridiculously disorganised. He switches schedules during the day so often that his students are often left waiting for up to an hour because of shoddy planning. He calls his employees in at 11pm for ridiculous last minute rehearsals when the performance is the next day. He spends a lot of money on renovating the studio he owns, but only has one other person employed to manage 8 lessons, each an hour long and often times overlapping. He forgets when his employees have their days off and books a full day of lessons on such days. He's arrogant enough to tell his employees that if anything went wrong, it's their fault because he never fails. He bitches about his students behind their backs and laughs at how "ugly" some of them are. Words seriously can't describe how infuriating this guy can be!

So there's my piece, what about you, Escapists? Who's the worst boss you've had?
