It's an advertisement for beer, then the video is some attempt at unique visual art for a repetitive half ass'd wanna be rock tune.
EDIT: It's really an involved expression of unique life lessons mixed with an abstract yet realistic outlook on current events.

Really though, it's probably one of those things that the artist didn't have a meaning for and wants the watcher to create meaning for it. I learned about something like that in English and hated it. Grrrr... So, it means what you want it to mean, I guess to me it means that life is constantly changing and you can't always tell what in the world is going on because it is happening to quickly.
