EDIT: Just read up a couple of comments, and completely forgot the Sands of Time (the best from that trilogy). An AMAZING game, it's a toss up between that and Oblivion.

(I can't think of any of the mini games with guns), I was going to say Rayman but I remembered the guys that shoot hammers, The Warriors (unless the police had guns which I don't think they did. Oh darn, the guy in the wheel chair who shoots a gun. Nevermind then), Final Fantasy 9 I think maybe some cannons.

Rock Band and Buzz Quiz are great party games.
