You know how sometimes there is a game that you can't play because you don't have the console it's on or a rig that can run it but you still like it anyway? Well share that game.

Mine is Primal Carnage. Why? Well, LOOK!

God I wish this was on Xbox 360.

Runner-up is Demon's Souls disqualified because I've played Dark Souls which is similar and loved it.

What an interesting question...

You can't see it, by virtue of this being the internet, but I'm seriously needing to consider this.

Probably Uncharted. I've seen the entirety of the first two games twice, they look like they would be a lot of fun and the Indiana Jones-style story is neat, I own a PS3, and yet there's never really been anything that screams "You need to buy this!" at me about them.

Have to go with Minecraft. Some of the stuff the community has created is just incredible, and seeing their best works never fails to impress me.
In the meantime, I've got LEGOs hidden somewhere in my basement and they're F2P.

Probably Bayonetta. I loved the character, soundtrack and those special moves but yet I don't own a 360 (and my bro never bring that over).

I have a pretty high opinion of Psychonauts, despite never having played it.

However! I got it in the Steam Sale for $2, so I shall remedy this long standing oversight in the next couple of months.

Fez. It looks lovely.

In my case, I like Psychonauts when I'm not playing. I think the gameplay is, to put it bluntly, generic and tedious. But the characters make the game very charming.

Valkyria Chronicles. I'd be all over that if I had a PS3. I'm a big fan of SRPGs, so this game is a must. Plus, VC's anime cel-shaded style looks absolutely gorgeous.

Can't really pinpoint one, but there are some older horror games and RPGs that were important that I would love to play. Probably never will be able to, but still, I'd love to play them. That's how re-releases and remakes can be good things. Can be.

Why does it keep making me type only this in, I feel as if I'm being brain washed.

EVE Online. My pc is capable of running it, but I have so many other MMOs on my schedule I've never been able to dedicate the time to it. Regardless, I think it's a fascinating game, and enjoy reading about it.

Dude know what I love this game so much I'll buy you a copy right now. Give me your steam name and I'll gift to you.

Edit: I should probably start reading the full post before I start making crazy offers huh?

REmake. I don't have any of the systems that it's available on but I really would love to play it. 'Sigh' I'll just go play the RE directors cut...

Silent Hill, the first four to be precise.

I've watched LPs, but never played any of them. They're just so engrossing, and I often found myself getting lost in the wiki, looking up the lore and symbolism.

Tales of Xillia, which I will be pre-ordering as soon as the US localized version can be pre-ordered. It seems like it will have a mix of Tales of Graces f's uniqueness of gameplay, and a more immersive story like that of Vesperia of Abyss.

Mind would probably be Haunting Ground for the PS2 or "Demento" as it's called in Japan.

Basically, you play as a teenage girl named Fiona who wakes up to find herself inside a castle. Not many people actually live there. But the ones who do actively pursue you. Each one having different reasons for doing so.

There's no weapons, no fighting, you're just a busty blonde who's scared and confused, and all she has at her disposal are a dog named Hewie, and her wits.

Throughout the game, you'll find yourself trying to solve puzzles in order to progress while staying ahead of your stalker who can randomly show up at nearly any time. When they do find you, you'll need to have Hewie distract them while you run away and use various places to hide. Such as closets and beds.

You also don't have a traditional health bar, instead, Fiona slowly starts to panic the longer she's around a stalker. When she completely panics, the screen and music become distorted, Fiona becomes much harder to control, and one hit from a stalker will do you in. Followed by the sounds of them ripping you apart off-screen as you get sent back to the main menu.

The game is quite scary to me. Very few horror games I've seen actually make it so you can't really fight back. Well, besides Amnesia of course.

The game's music is also very atmospheric and spooky.

And of course, each stalker has their own theme, which gets faster the closer they are to you:

I'd really like to have this game. But it looks like it's pretty darn rare, as people are charging over $100 for it on Amazon.

Even if I did have that kind of disposable income, a part of me kinda is too afraid to play this kind of game. Just the thought of being trapped inside a dark, empty castle, with someone stalking me throughout just freaks me out. X(

In three words? METAL. WOLF. CHAOS.

Look at this. If So Absurd it's Hilarious (which is different from So Bad it's Good) had a TV Tropes page, it would be wearing this X3
