Just curious to see who all your favorite whacked out insane video game villains.

I have 2 categories for this one first is the disturbing insane goes to Albedo from the Xenosaga series and the second category of hilarious insane goes to Fawful from Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. Just curious to see what others think

Aw, this one's too easy: Kefka from Final Fantasy VI. He doesn't care for human life, and especially those who get in his way. I mean, look at what happened to General Leo.

Second place would be Hayashi from JSRF, for trashing a police car because the mint candy he asked a guy to get wasn't his favorite. Seriously? the dude's also got "the look".

Either Kane from Command and Conquer or Wesker from Resident Evil. They are my two favourite badguys and both are pretty insane.

My favourite completely insane villian goes to that dude from Devil May cry 4 though. The one that could turn into a fly. You know if that was real they would have reopened Bedlam just for him.

Doc Hojo from FF VII.

His experiments continue to screw the planet over long after he is gone...

Lucien from Fable 2 because of the unfufilled crazy i sensed in hime, guy who served Meruse Dagon in Oblivion because he actually believed the deadra lord gave two sh*ts about him, and Guilty Spark from the Halo franchise.

Am I the only person who thought Navi was an insane, tyrannical villain?

Seriously though, I'll have to go with Sephiroth here, because he actually does his villainous work himself. Most villains use an evil plan, they have minions who carry out their fiendish desires who they villain hides behind. Sephiroth cuts out the middle-man. He doesn't have minions. (except JENOVA, sort of.) He just cuts down anyone who stands in his way himself.

That's a villain!

My favorite insane villain of all-time is probably Kefka from Final Fantasy VI. Crazed, sadistic, and just a downright awful human being.

In a close 2nd Place, and I can't believe I'm making this reference, is the Crazy Dentist from Toe-Jam & Earl on SEGA Genesis/Megadrive. He has all of the core characteristics needed... wild appearance, demented expression, prances around like a lunatic, and he gets a thrill out of inflicting pain on others as noted by his token maniacal laugh.
