Pretty much what the header says, what's your favorite method of over-kill in a game. A tribute to those weapons that are so insanely over-powered that the only sane reaction is maniacal laughter.

Mine is the Akimbo enabled alt-fire of BLOOD's Napalm Launcher.

The alt-fire was formidable indeed, setting off cluster-bomb style fire bombs across a map... but with the Akimbo power-up, you would witness fire power so awesome that your frame-rate would grind to a near stand-still in witness to the awesome display.

I think the bore guns from Turok rank up there, but since there isn't a weapon yet that lets me cause BSODs to the people I shoot I'm still unsatisfied.

While not really over the top or flashy in any way I always fought the Bees Plasmid from Bioshock was overkill. Something about the way the swarm attacked makes me smile everytime.

I quite liked the Torque Bow from Gears as well.

Experimental MIRV by far. Eight mini-nukes, no telling where they'll go, but who cares? Once you've got this thing they might as well roll credits, 'cause there ain't a single baddie left in the game that can stand up to you.
Ninja'd. Only problem with it was you could only get something like 9 shots off with it. Unless you used the console to get more mini-nukes, in which case you sicken me.

I'll admit, i'm having immense fun hiding round corners then one-shotting unsuspecting people with the Sawed-off shotgun in Gears 3 beta.

I'm only on Chapter 4 and I know I have a ways to go but still, I'm calling it here:

THE SHOTGUN IN PAINKILLER

Ammo is plentiful and the enemies break into many, many pieces with a single blast, even at mid-range. The rate of fire is high too even if the alternate-ammo is kind of lame (never was a fan of freezing my enemies outside of Pokemon)

There's a blue-screen spell in Magicka if that helps?

Speaking of Turok.

The Redeemer in Unreal Tournament, but right now the chainsaw bayonet in Gears of War 3 beta, it fixes those jumping shotgun people so well :) And I mean it's a chainsaw bayonet that's just nuts, the rifle is the accessory at that point!

The nuke from the first Turok was better in terms of power, but that thing looked so cool charging up.

Brick's Berserk in Borderlands.

Seriously is some broken shit if I can kill all the bosses in one rage. Except the Vault Boss, sadly.

And I'll use it on single targets. >_>

Ned went down before I even lost my shields.

Actually, Flak and Shrapnel stock an infinite supply of mini-nukes. You just have to be patient enough to abuse the wait function to reset their inventory and be beyond loaded.

Besides, the only time I ever whipped that thing out was for an out-of-character non-serious clusterfuck bloodbath, so all I did was activate TGM, disable autosave, and go bonkers. Once I had it out of my system I'd re-load the save prior to the rampage and resume play as if it never happened.

Also, why does using the console in a single player game sicken you? I could understand cheating in multiplayer getting that reaction, but come on. It's single player.
I never knew that, I always heard that there were only something like 80 in the game. But I never really tested the theory.

Using it doesn't really sicken me, I just got told off once because I was using it in Oblivion and thought the whole "people raging on it" was quite funny.
