Mines either going to be Deadpool since he is so bloody funny, a character that I can finally understand which is quite nice among most goody-three-shoes heroes. Rorscarch is pretty legendary too, but again only because he is a complete nut-case and he doesn't like dogs...

In case of videogames ,well i'll go for Max from Sam & Max.He is so damn funny and somehow cracks all the cases.
