And I'm tired of people saying tha they are "getting gas" when it's still in liquid form when you pump it into your fuel tank. Yes, it's volatile and is combustible in vapor form, but it's not a gas when it is pumped, in liquid form, into the vehicle.

I'm sure I remember commenting on one of those, but I can't find it so...
My favourite word is probably one of the more versatile swear words - fuck or bollocks, both of which feel good to say and can be used in a seemingly endless variety of ways. Or, alternatively, any extension of the above. 'Fucksocks' and 'pissflaps' are regular exclamations when something goes wrong.
