Your Favourite Boss Fight

We've had 'Longest Boss Fight' and 'Biggest Boss' threads, but what's been your absolutely favourite boss fight, for whatever reason?

Mine is one nobody else seems to like: the battle with Zant from Twilight Princess. I just love that it takes you back through all the previous boss stages, each stage having it's own seperate strategy to beat him. It really keeps you on your toes.

Fighting Saren on Virmire, it's kind of a short boss, especially if you're properly equipped with powerful weapons, but the tension surrounding the fight and Saren's lecture to Shepard makes it awesome.

My favorite boss is Phantom Ganon from the forest temple in Ocarina of Time. Good times.
