Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran or Tim Minchin are my favourites, although I've only seen Bill Bailey live out of the three. George Carlin is also definitely up there.

with so many fantastic comedians around, it's difficult to pick just one or even a handful. Guess if it's anyone, it'll be a toss up between Dara O'Briain and Bill Bailey as they can both play off the audience extremely well. the 'Oud' moment in Bill Bailey's last DVD is absolute gold
