I'm drawn to large guns, so I'd naturally say Heavy Arms Custom from the Gundam Wing series. Also a fan of Deathscythe Hell Custom and the Madcat from Mechwarrior.

I've never played through Fallout 3, so correct me if I'm wrong, but 'Liberty Prime' sounds like a painfully blatant rip-off of a 25-year-old franchise that's CENTERED around the whole concept of giant robots. Just another verification for me that it was wise to uninstall the game about 15 minutes after emerging from the vault.

And since this short rant leads me effortlessly to the obvious choice for giant robots, namely 'Transformers', I'll go with everyone's favorite backstabbing enthusiast Starscream. Rest in peace, Chris Latta.

Probably doesn't count, but the Evas from Neon Genesis Evangelion, for pure awesomeness.

Well.. I would say Dinobot, but I really can't call him giant... Both western and eastern variants on the battle mech theme are more like hyper advanced bipedal tanks, so that goes flat on the face aswell.
