I'm definately the type of player that tries to win with his favourite team as oppose to a strong team, afterall weak pokemon and strong pokemon, it makes no difference a truely skilled trainer wins with his favourites.

mine include:
squirtle - badass, plus everyone remembers there first
Caterpie - ok i wouldn't try and win with this but it is still an incredibly well thought out pokemon
Ninetails - its pretty, and deadly
sandshrew - just cool

Dragonair, Absol, Ninetales. In that order.

Although, with the new Pokémon out, I'm getting a bit of a soft spot for Bachuru. (I don't much like the name Joltik, though)

I've always loved Arcanine. Since Growlithe is only usually available in one of the two games they release each generation I'd actually base which game I'd get on the one with Growlithe. Not only that but I've got my original Arcanine I got in Pokemon Red, his name is Cam and he's awesome. XD

It is a tough call between Butterfree and Dragonite. On the one hand Butterfree is so cute, awesome, and I loved his voice in the anime (English dub anyway). On the other hand dragonite is a fucking dragon!!

My favorite is Hitmonchan. I don't really know why, just always used him since yellow version.

Toss up between Blastoise (MUTHAFUGGIN CANNONS) and Nidoking (MUTHAFUGGIN BADASS).

i ont have a favourite pokemon but i have a prefferred tem i try to use
Nidoking
Absol
Torterra
Weavile (was sneasel but then that was able to evolve so its taken its place)
Tyranitar
Charizard (first fuly evolved pokemon i had, and its cahrizard)
i always try to find at least 1 new one from each generation to add to the team to vary i a little, an yes i do know his team is full og fully evolved pokemon but ite the team ive bin using since i finished diamond

zubat, his moves are badarse and such a cool looking poke
mankey, strong and cool looking also strange looking at the same time lol
squrtle and mudkip
