Mine would be in Fall-out 3,i was trying to find a way to Galaxy News radio and a random Protrecton fell out of the sky and landed a few feet away from me.

But I'll throw in my moment: Respawning 300 feet in the air 5 times in a row.

i would have to say the end of gears of war 2, after the credits, when a certain father radios in. i was fairly flabbergasted.

Probs Crysis in the level there you find the injured nano suit dude.
He was like "Here have my gun *put's the gun on the table*" I was standing between the table and the gun and was launched 4000ft into the air

Or Fallout 3 when i missed a Super mutant in vats and got a critical hit on "Mysterious stranger"
I searched the place for hours trying find his corpse.

I was driving around on a scooter in GTA 4. I hit the edge of the sidewalk and it shot me 50 feet strait up into the air for some reason. I landed on 2 wheels and drove away fine.

Mine was in Valkyria Chronicles, when the female lead walks in wearing a white bikini. Needless to say, we both found that very WTF because we usually only see her wearing her militia uniform.

I have two. First, Fallout 3. Wandering around the Wasteland, quietly minding my own business and the business any dumb frakker who got in my way, when suddenly Dogmeat began growling at nothing. Putting it down to nothing really, I kept walking when suddenly a vision of pinkish death landed in front of me. Deathclaws can sodding fly now?!
The other was when I accidentally discovered a golf club while playing Mayan Grifball on Halo 3. The golf club of DEATH AND EXPLOSIONS!

It probably wasn't out of the normal but my most recent was in Battlefield 1943 I had just spawned and started running then right infront of A bomb dropped from a plane . 1 more step and I would of died.

The hotel level in vampire the masquerade bloodlines, i was running about in the basement trying to find whatever i was supposed to find to continue and randomly i see a "the sheriff" hp bar appear up top, i spent half the level running around afraid due to thinking i was about to fight the sheriff.

My moment was on on fallout when i sniped the roach king. He flew off his chair and travelled quite far then he stood up with full health.

that happened to me. zoom in on the tank, you see people jumping out the hatch saying, "Holy Shi-" and that was as far as they got before i jumped out of the plane, blew them more sky high then they already were with an rpg, and got back into the plane, where i then aimed my plane at what seemed to be the entire us military, put enough c4 on it to embarrass the Green Berets, and jumped. there was a mushroom cloud.
