I think title is self explanatory.
I started playing in a PC, and I still play on a PC. It has been a long time in the platform.
And I'm never leaving it. Though I sometimes wish I could get a PS3 to play some exclusives, but I think that's not really going to happen, simply because I don't have money.
Anyway, which was your first console?

Well, the first thing I ever owned to play games on was my awesome, Special edition Yellow Pikachu pokemon gameboy. I fucking love that thing. I still have it too.

Other than that, Playstation. Spyro was awesome fun.

It was either a PC and Lemmings, or my GameBoy with Pokemon Blue. I can't remember which one came first now. I'm going to guess Lemmings, as it came out before Pokemon.

Now I want to go play some Lemmings. You know what, I'm going to.

Atari 2600.
It was pretty neat.
According to my sources (i.e. my mother) owning an Atari 2600 back in the day ensured that you were one rad dude.

So true. So very very true.
Always good to see a fellow fan of the design.
Sliding the start button made you feel... like a king.

Indeed. And when the NES and SNES were released, my neighbor (Who is my best friend) and I had all of the current Atari and Nintendo handhelds and consoles, making us the ultimate badasses among my friends.
Of course, I'm not so sure it was the Atari, as I am still the most awesome person in existence.

Gotta be the car, then.
If I saw a car like yours riding down the street, I'd pretty much erect a church in your divine name.

First I played, my older brother's spectrum. Can't remember model, but probably the latest one.

First I owned, unsure, either the GB brick, or the MegaDrive. Got both the same year.

PC, with an emulated N64.
The only game we had was Super Mario 64... good times.
I did exactly the same thing...

But really first console I played was Amiga (I don't remember exactly what) and it was actually pretty decent. Oh and it was modded so loading a game from a floppy disc took only 3-4 minutes (absolute silence noone could even breath) HELL YEAH!

But MY first console was Dreamcast. Even though it died quickly, even though I played a pirated version of it (I live in Poland :p back at the time it came out I didn't even know pirating is bad), and even though it's broken right now because my awesome uncle tried to repair it when I borrowed it to him (stupid me...) I still love it to this very day.

Any modern console I have (even the PS2 though it's only 1 year younger) doesn't have the same "feeling" to it as the dreamcast did. Maybe it's just me being weird, maybe it's because the controller was awesome (360 controller looks weirdly similar ;)) but it just had SOUL. There are only 3 things in my life that actually have soul.
My Car
My PC
And my Dreamcast

FINITO!

I don't use cars.
I ride seahorses.

A pc. It wasn't mine, but it could run Age of Empires. And that was all i needed.

That was until i got my Gameboy Colour and later an Xbox. But i never really used either of those.
