okay last time. SPOILERS!!!! So how did your heavy rain playthrough turnout the first time. did every one live, die? did you find ot who the killer was? mine was the one where every one lived and the fbi agent (jadien i beleave. kicked his drug habbit.) and ethen and the girl got a place together with shawn. so how did yours turn out.

I'm going to replay it at some point to pick up some trophies and get the ending that ghostshoot got. But I'm so angry at Quantic Dream right now. I'm so attached to the characters that I don't think I can bring myself to platinum this game! I wanted this to be my first platinum too. ARGH!!

There is a way to have Scott not die (I'm sure since there's a trophy for having everyone live). I think you need to let Lauren drown, and for Jayden and Madison to not figure out where Shaun was locked up. I'm not entirely sure, but this should allow Scott to live, since having either Madison or Jayden show up at the warehouse will result in someone dying.

He and Jayden are fighting on the rafters of the construction area near the warehouse or something to that extent. Scott trips and is about to fall into a wood-chipper-thing when you get the option to either save him or let him die. I saved him, but he did the obvious now-I-kill-you-switcheroo, fought Jayden some more, and fell back into the wood-chipper-thing anyway. Presumably the same thing happens if you let him fall.

I'm not entirely sure, myself. I assume the trophy is unlocked if you get to the final area with all characters alive, but I could be wrong. Maybe there is a way to keep everyone alive and I just got the trophy because PSN had that huge trophy-related crash and the game decided to repay me for deleting all of my trophies from an arbitrary point onwards. I don't really know the exact requirements.

Nah he doesn't have to. Played through with a bunch of friends swapping around between scenes so our characters all had multiple personality disorder. We got a pretty tragic ending too, Jayden overdosed while trying to put the final pieces together, Madison was blown up in Scott's office, and Ethan found Shaun, let Scott go, but was then gunned down by Blake and the police. Scott escaped and lived though. I think the trophy was called "Unpunished".

shawn, ethen, madison, and jayden are heros. shelbely being a total dick/killer (he tired to burn me alive!) is in no way a hero.

Also i got lucky on geting the achivement. jayden OD's if you dont find the clues soon.

Jayden discovered who the origami killer was and went after him.
Jayden died at the hands of Shelby.
Shelby wandered off into the distance.
Blake took ARI and almost had a heart attack seeing Jayden.

My heart stopped during the CPR section before Shaun came through, damned game.
