I just killed Havel the Rock in Dark Souls. No cheap tactics either. Just the Drake Sword and some well-timed dodges. Was disappointed all I got was a ring though. I mean it's a pretty great ring to have, but considering just how damned tough that guy is, it seems anticlimactic.

Beating my friend who has been playing Soul Caliber 5 for about a month , when i just got the game today . He is pretty decent , and i have never played a SC game before . I don't think he was holding back , but then again he was playing as his sub . I was using Viola no less .

Before that , i guess beating a rank 2 lord in UMVC 3 seeing as i am a rank 9.

I just beat Ornstein and Smough in Dark Souls, only took me billion tries and almost cost me my TV because of the insane rage I had for wiping over and over and over and over again.

Finally made it to level 3 of DoDonPachi using one credit (I refuse to spam continues in this genre).

I do consider this an achievement as I realize up until this point the game has been smacking me around with one hand tied behind its back. So ... many ... bullets ...

I finally finished Red Dead Redemption, over a year after starting to play. Also, I recorded a heroic 3rd place at Spa-Francorchamps in F1 2011 in pissing rain.

OT: I haven't had any real achievements recently (unless you count finishing ME3 without raging). Oh wait, I got the Platinum Trophy for Demon's Souls some weeks ago. Good lord, that was a pain in the ass to get (curse you, Pure Bladestone!).

Beat God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta on hard the other day. Have only played the GoW games on easy so far, so it was intresting. Didn't have much problems with it, but I'm proud over breaking out of my play-only-easy-shell.

Oh hey, I recently killed that guy in Dark Souls as well. Turned out the key was to wait for him to start his swing before dodging.

More importantly, I just got my white cloak in Journey. Now I can go wow the poor red-cloak peasants with my new threads.

Holding a building on my own in the Napoleonic Wars mod for Mount and Blade Warband.
It's a pretty big achievement with a musket and bayonet. I managed to get nine kills before I died once and respawned somewhere else. Managing to kill all three people charging at you is fun.

I beat Predator, Zelda 2: Adventures of Link and, Dragon Warrior all on the NES and all within the same week. It took me about 3 hours to get through Predator and the other two I'm unsure...it took about a week of on-again-off-again playing.

Shitty video is of shitty quality. Sorry about that...also no, I didn't post the other X-teen attempts to beat that final freaking boss.

I didn't record the beating of the other two. Beating the Dragon Lord felt kind of anti-climactic. Hell, beating Final Fantasy Mystic Quest had a better pay-off for me. As for Zelda 2, I did mostly use the corner exploit to beat Shadow Link but I got in maybe 3 HP worth of his life bar as an actual warrior in the middle of the room which is better than I did on the 3DS.
