What would be your quote to go in the yearbook for your senior year of high school? Mine might be, "I haven't failed, I've just found 10,000 ways that don't work".

Ha, I've seen that quote before... was it Thomas Edison?
I didn't actually have a quote, and I did not buy a year book.
But if I could happily choose a quote for myself...
"The machine spirits were unwilling, therefore I could not do my homework."
Or, just for the hell of it,
"My master sends her regards."
What? You never said it had to make sense to others.

I quoted The Baron Harkonnen, in my senior yearbook.

Something along the lines of:

"Revenge. Has there ever been a sweeter word? I repeat it to myself every night, before sleep, confident that it will bring me pleasant dreams".

My quote was, "A paper clip is a wonderous thing. More times than I can remember, one of these has gotten me out of a tight spot." MacGyver

One of my friends had "It's a me, Mario!"

I didn't get to put a quote because apparently our yearbook is too good for being personal. Either way, this zinger would have been mine.

"College is a refuge from hasty judgment." Well, I'm not going, you pansies who rather live off mum and dad a few more years while I actually go out and deal with the real world like a silly adult instead of getting drunkenly fondled by some frat boy. By the way, this does not apply to those that actually do something with their education i.e. people I obviously did not know in high school.

I'm sure that would have exceeded the limit.

The editor's quote about me was "Mr UFC himself" because I have a not-so-secret love of combat sports, which used to devour a large part of my week with training. Instead of quotes we could put in ourselves, we were asked to put in something nobody knew about us; I confessed that I am supposed to wear glasses because my eyes are shit, but that I don't like them and contacts are weird so I just can't see into the distance.

Hasn't been a yearbook at my school since 06. Probably won't be one again - School doesn't have anyone willing to organise it, and they won't pay for it. I'd probably have 'The Music program is now dead, and there are no trombone players.'

"This isnt a mudhole... It's an operating table. ...And I'm the surgeon.
Something tells me to stop with the leg. I don't listen to it."

My history teacher wrote in mine "Nicole, you make the Cold War hot!" That was possibly my favourite thing anyone wrote in there.

I didn't really have a quote set up, I just scrawled "Good luck with Uni!" in most peoples... (and didn't even mean it, muahahaha!)

Though I did write "Love can bloom on the battlefield... of school." in my boyfriends. He found that amusing. I think writing personal things for your buddies is better than one set thing.

Actually in my Yearbook- "If everyone is thinking alike then someone isn't thinking"
George S. Patton

What I wished I put in- "I reject your reality and substitute my own."
