Serious Sam I (on Serious difficulty), the last level, in the open field just before the final boss. I'll never forget those ten minutes in which I killed enough enemies to make a bridge from Rotterdam to New York, and fired enough bullet to block out the sun for a month and half.
Oh god I have a chance to say my favorite best moments in gaming.
1. The first level of God of War 2 wherein you're inside a warzone while a colossus follows you to no end to kill you. Lets just say killing the colossi piece by piece was epic.

O my god those striders were even harder to kill than I thought, good thing Ill be safe in this tunnel
Playing CoD:United Offensive online.
I had some of the most fun in multi-player I can remember having, other than some Goldeneye moments as odd job.
Being so good with the Kar 98 at range that people though I was hacking was so much fun. Oh and shooting the driver of a jeep dead, and then watching as the jeep killed two more players was probably the hardest I've laughed while playing a computer game.

A few parts of Devil May Cry 3 really hooked me, also alot of God of War 2 really blew me away, Bioshock big daddy battles would be amazing, or the first time i played Red Devil on Rockband 2 when never heard of the song etc it blew me away ^^

Fallout 3 - Daddy's suicide, actually made me angry at Enclave in real life.
Gears of War - Final level, killing that a-hole Raam and blowing the locust to kingdom kong.
Fifa 09 - The first time I shot from the halfway line, hit the crossbar and scored off the back of the goalkeepers head on xbox live, well the first time I did it without my opponent instantly disconnecting.
