Your Top 5 Movies of 2012

For me, this was a good year that had some good films, but it was certainly not as good as 2011

Here are mine:

5. The Dark Knight Rises
4. The Hobbit Pt. 1
3. Cabin in the Woods
2. Chronicle
1. Skyfall

Yeah, there were some pretty good movies this year for me as well.

1. The Avengers

2. The Dark Knight Rises

3. Skyfall

4. Wreck it Ralph

5. The Hobbit

So yeah, for me this year was great in terms of movies, no real letdowns at all thankfully.

Hrmm, well here is my list, in no real order though.

Wreck It Ralph, The Raid, Chronicle, Avengers, Ted.

I haven't seen enough films this year. DKR was pretty good, Skyfall was alright, and Prometheus was awful. That's it. Going to see Hobbit and Django pretty soon, which I imagine I'd like. But that means, even if I included the latter two on my list before even seeing them, I'd have to declare Prometheus as the fifth best film I've seen this year. That'd be a genuinely painful thing to state.

Edit: Oh shit wait, I also saw Silent Hill 2, because family dragged me kicking and screaming. That was even worse than Prometheus though, so the above is still true. Wow, what a stinker of a film.
