Your years accomplishments and regrets

Happy new years eve to some of you reading this. As we all look back on the past year I ask you all what was the defining moment of your year? What will you look back on in many years time and say to yourself in 2010 I accomplished this and am proud of it. On the other side though for those of you who wish to post what is it that you did or didnt do this year that you regret if theres anything at all you do regret that is. For me my main accomplishment this year would probably be the satisfaction I felt at one of the drama performances for something I personally created and to see the fruits of my labour rewarded to the degree it was was one of the high points of my year and something I will look back on in years to come. My main regret would probably be related to not leaving my previous job sooner when I had the chance however now that im satisfied with my current employment I suppose its not a major regret however I cant think of any other things. regrets: A LOT. I mean a LOT of regrets, but thats why I repress memories, easy, simple, probally bad in the long run, but oh well.

Accomplishments: None that i'd really talk about, if I had any , they've been long forotten.

Major Accomplishment: earning some extra money and valuable experience working a temporary Census job as well as my current one.

Major Regret: not quitting my current job yet (though I'm going to when it's officially 2011).

Accomplishments: purchased and played The Orange Box, thus signifying my introduction to 'real' gaming, as it were.

Regrets: Not many, but I regret that I won't get to play Portal 2 until April.

I think my only real big regret was not deciding to go back to school sooner. Oh, and I also really hurt a friend of mine. We're good now, but it's still a mistake I shouldn't have made and will probably pay for again later.

On the other hand, this year has been a genuine improvement from 2009. Held a few full-time temp jobs, met a girl, repaired some old friendships and with my parents, learned a lot of new stuff, and am much more satisfied with who I am as a person than before.

Accomplishments: That to this day i still cant find a single good thing i like about the Halflife series and portal. Also that my Starcraft Apm has increased.

Regreats: Dont think i got any. Like loius armstrong said "What a wonderful world we live in"

Regrets:There are many but at the end of the day; what can't kill you makes you stronger/you learn best from your mistakes.

Accomplished:I don't know, I've done a lot of things.

Accomplishments: Fuck all.

Regrets: Not having any accomplishments

Regrets: None i can think of

Accomplishments: Since studying social science at college I have learned so much on world events, sociology, psychology, history etc. And maybe have found my calling in politics and activism. Plus my relationships with others has strengthen whilst some with certain family members have weakened(Which is probably for the best).

Regrets: There's a ten-page history assignment due on Jan. 7th that I haven't even began the third page on. Plus, I have to do quizzes on each page.

As you can tell, a lot of procrastination regrets.

Accomplishments: I started a Team Fortress 2 revolution in my school.

Regrets: I took more college classes then necessary, and I dislike these classes this semester. Oh well, the semester is over now, so it's fine.

Accomplishments: I got a job programming for Microsoft.

This is how I feel every year.

Regret: Not finishing Super Robot Wars Alpha.

Accomplishments: Satisfactorily playing 3 OTHER games that I can now cross of my list. Just 50 more to go.

Regret: Making chicken enchillada caserole with while flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas; a decision my entire family regreted & joked about for months after.

Accomplishment: Created recipes for clam chowder & sweedish meatballs that could win awards.

Regret: Getting a Western Digital external hard drive; damn thing wiped itself after 2 months.

Accomplishment: Managed to troubleshoot all my computer problems by myself without help of a technician. Did not get any viruses either.

Regret: Shipping 3 video games gifts to the wrong address.

Accomplishment: Finding an excelent soothing remedy for painful hand burns & getting tens of girls interested in Batman comics.
