YouTube Copyright. Need Help!

I am a amateur YouTube commentator and I recently uploaded a Batman Arkham Asylum video, It was the first part of my single player series on the Xbox 360. I have now received a message on the video manager section of my account informing me that my video contains visual content administered by FuturaNetworks, who as far as I can tell have nothing to do with the Batman Arkham Asylum game.

Does anybody have any idea what is going on and why this claim has been made?

Just dispute the claim. I got a couple on some of my videos, I think it's just so they can put their advertising on it and get it for free on some poor guys videos.
Once you dispute the claim they'll know they have no case and fuck right off.

There have been several groups that just spam out "copyright claim" on youtube to get money from the ads and hope enough people will panic and take it down.

While commentaries and Let's Plays are a legal grey area, most companies have some user agreements that allow you to make videos of their content, since videos on Youtube is free advertisement. Many games, Minecraft, Amnesia, even Call of Duty MW2/Blops only did so well because of people making videos of those games.

That's what I use, it took me some time to save up enough money to buy my PVR and my Turtle Beach X12 headset, which I recommend as it's a good headset and it works with both Xbox and PC, I have the headphones plugged into my T.V so I can hear and the mic plugged into my laptop so I can record my voice with Audacity

It's related to them copyrighting the animated series, if Google is to be believed. Weird.
