At least we're going to talk about "white supremacist violence" that is centered around a white guy doing violence to people who are not white. That feels like the should be the minimum for it to be "white supremacist violence", but enough noteworthy examples fail to meet that standard that it's worth pointing out.
That depends entirely on how you want to define "incitement to violence." This sounds like a Clinton "depends on the definition of 'is' is" kind of thing but it's not - I've seen people argue that all kinds of statements are "incitement to violence" or more absurdly "genocide" depending on their beliefs. Like how anything is a dog whistle to the right listener.
I mean, he also has an entire section in his manifesto where he goes through how he planned the attack, including camera locations and where the security guards in the store tend to be, how and why he chose his firearm, etc, etc, etc. So it doesn't take much investigation. His manifesto is a pretty deep dive on his thought processes, not just the why's and the crazy but the what's and the how's as well. Including a few dozen pages on choice of firearms and armor and almost a buyer's guide for future shooters.
Though I guess if pewdiepie and Candace Owens were in any way responsible for Christchurch then we get to blame the COVID vaccine for this one?

For one, He was lucid enough to at one point aim his gun at a man lying on the ground beside a cash register, then quickly say "sorrry" and move on when he noticed the man was white. And I don't doubt that, because i've actually seen that part of his livestream. He also had the n-word written on the barrel of his gun, and the number 14, likely a reference to white supremacist terrorist David Eden Lane's Fourteen Words. He's written a manifesto talking about Great Replacement Theory, and how the US should only be white, and that the attack is meant to scare non-whites into leaving the US. Investigation into the dude has uncovered that he had meticulously researched and planned his attack on that specific store because it was in a black neighborhood.
You can do the "benefit of the doubt" thing if you want, but the amount of evidence he was there to shoot black people is significantly greater than anything else. His having shot some white people does not disprove that. These situations tend to be very messy, panicked people running everywhere while the shooter rushed through trying to find as many targets as possible, and these shooters are not John Matrix, capable of staying cool and efficient under stress. There will be stray fire, and a high risk of collateral damage as a result. Or probably from his pov, friendly fire.
Still goes to show that my main point about him being incapable of staging an assassination of a politician is probably right though since he did still shoot some white people too despite not shooting that one person and apparently not wanting to hit them.
Also all that writing stuff on your gun nonsense screams to me of someone larping some fantasy scenario. Like he's the hero who is gonna save everyone. Someone should have introduced him to like, a Jrpg or something, then he'd get that hero complex out of his system. He was pretty young wasn't he?

I think that's very far from true. I've got a couple of semi-recent examples.
In 17 a bunch of representatives got shot at a practice for a charity baseball game. Some republican politicians got shot. No one died, and the attacker got off 60 rounds before police arrived. So it's not like there was a protection detail standing by protecting everyone.

Far from all politicians have large protection details. In fact I would say that the vast majority of them probably don't.
Congresswoman Gabby Giffords was shot in the head in 2011 during a speech at a grocery store. The gunman shoot her along with 19 other people, just kind of wildly shooting into the crowd. She also survived. The shooter was stopped by the crowd and then arrested by police, not by some congressional protection detail.

Which is also clearly a troll line (albeit targeted at a different audience), except this time I expect everyone to ignore it because this dumbass is just plain not as clever as his hero, the Christchurch shooter.
