Just heard about this game the other day, but it's apparently gotten really popular.



To give you an idea of what the game is like, it's a battle royale with Mario Party style minigames and Wipeout-style obstacle courses.

Fall Guys looks like one of those "so dumb it's fun" games. I wish it were on the Xbox because it seems like it would be a fun little time waster when you have like...twenty minutes to kill. Not really long enough to play a "normal" game but enough time that you want to play something and have a bit of fun.

Yeah it's one of those fun party games that flash into popularity for a few weeks, then vanish. That's about all i would expect from this one. Maybe it lives until Cyberpunk, maybe.

I personally love it.

I would say it's much better than other BR games, simply by the fact that there's no in-game chat. This reduces toxicity significantly. There are hackers and trolls here and there, but most of the time I find myself enjoying the game.

The map variants are sadly kinda shallow, and it's sometimes weird to have team games whenever there's an odd number of players, but I like playing almost every one of these maps. I would much rather have a few well-made maps than the bunch of shitty ones.

To be fair Bothans are basically those squeaky grunt things from Halo who just run at you with grenades primed and blow up. Bothans need to open a door, suicide bomb. Need to go to the store, suicide bomb. Get the Deathstar 2 plans, suicide bomb. Deliver a text blurb on a made for Markiplier game, suicide bomb.
