Putin removed a governor Sergei Furgal in early July. He was removed over some murder charges. From the early 2000s. He is quite popular apparently. He has been outspoken against Putin... leading to question why this ‘murder charge’ he come up now.

There is a big anti Putin movement in the west and there has been a lot of people coming out to ‘riot‘. I also haven’t seen any news on this for 2 weeks.... so I doubt things are going well for anyone there

I am going to guess that Putin has a file on every single person he deems as a threat or has spoke against him and pulls out at will what he wants to do to them at his leisure. Some he has them poisoned.. others lets drum up some murder charges.. others they just disappear.. Maybe Putin just has a wheel of death in his secret chamber through the hidden door in his office he spins to determine how he wants to kill off his opponents...

Like with the riots he could just use it as a " mass spreader event" and they all died of COVID-19. Then he just shakes his head and says, " it is so much deadlier than we thought."
