This isn't a matter of voter fraud but another form of voter suppression.

Yeah, then I went on the actual site and it didn’t work quite like you said (at least the Oregon one). While Driver’s License numbers aren’t private, they’re not exactly basic information either, and even with that you couldn’t do wide voter fraud.
