I was unaware where I was saying other people should be allowed to murder or beat their wives because cops do. I think we should come up with systems that actually reduce crime without emboldening the wife beaters of society.

That's what people here are suggesting. Not all of us are so naive we think it will happen without licensed law enforcement.
So in other words, without anyone to actually protect them, they're screwed. Newsflash, getting rid of cops won't make their problems go away. You'll just leave them open to be abused by others.

Licensed “law enforcement” doesn’t have to be cops. Armed dudes with arresting and murder powers. In our infinite imaginations we can in fact come up with a system where the guy who writes speeding tickets cannot shoot you for “acting aggressively.”

What you're talking about is what people in favor of police reform want. It does not require getting rid of cops.
Yes it fucking does. Unless we completely get rid of the existing organizations across the entire country they will just rebuild the exact same shit we’ve already got. The police unions, their lawyers, the capitalists, all of them will fight you every step of the way toward a system of cops that no longer resembles cops, because they like cops. They prefer having cops. And your reforms are reliant on them changing their minds about that.

In America, you can listen to some pundits, think a certain demographic is dangerous because people told you so and are free to shot. You can make up a story later. Think of the 'I can murder a gay if they come out of the closest because gays are scary' law they finally got rid of a decade ago. It's the same thing
On average, about four people are killed by police in Australia per year. That's compared to the >1000 car crash fatalities per year. The chances of me being killed by police are so remote, it barely rates a mention.
Also, I don't "love" cops, but I appreciate the need for them. Cops are the people who've issued me and people I know tickets. They're also the people I've had to call in to protect others. The police aren't some magical organization that's completely without vice (no organization is), or without room for improvement (again, no organization is - I'd love to see their response time increased), but when I see people calling for their complete abolition, well, sometimes I have to wonder what planet we're on.
The kind of planet where one of the safest parts of Mexico has no cops.

What a load of Horse Manure. We already know what happens when you don't have cops. Rape, robbery and murder skyrocketed on the reservations since the 1970's ruling not allowing tribes to prosecute non tribal members. Yes, they exist and it sucks. Who exactly, pray tell is going to stop the oath keepers or proud boys when we have no cops? Who is going to stop all the current police from forming their own gangs and doing what they want anyways? What do you think the current cops are going to do when you take away their official roles?
The only places that can get away with that are places no one cares about. If the cartels, gangs or government started caring about those regions, everything goes to shit fairly quickly. We do not all live in an isolated bubble here. Even in rural places like on reservations, the people are tormented by gangs coming through due to the lack of local law enforcement. Saying this is viable at all is ignorant of the actual cause and effect of each situation here.
