I have a chocolate bar and a chair ... I break the chair, using the small wooden prongs it is made of to fashion stakes. I will then slowly walk towards the undead, with chocolate on my face, hands full of stakes and a head wishing this was a vampire apocalypse.

Oh, and I'd work out There's alot of exercises you can do with just your body: push ups, lunges, jumps, running (in place), yoga, posture training (don't know what it's called in english, nut trust me, it's hard) etc. You'll come out fitter then any other ************ on the planet.
