I "accidentally" watched Suicide Mickey Mouse...all the way through. I thought I could be brave and laugh at it in the face... I forgot that it was 2 am, and noone was in the house. Now I'm ****-scared.... :( Any recs on making oneself less scared? (Maybe for other situations as well?)

Oh hai! I sort of grew up in a multicultural background, so this is what I can speak: Fluently: English, Hindi, Mandarin Semi-Fluently:Spanish only a few words of Japanese. (I want to speak it fluently, though, as I was born there.) Also, this is in fact my first post :D
