Run TF2 in windowed mode, under the video options. If not, tell it to run in lower forms of direct x. -dxlevel 81 ^put that in launch options for directX level 8. -dxlevel 90 for 9. I had similar problems when the game was in BETA, and these seemed to help. Perhaps your machine is just...
