There's not many. Most games with massive multiplayers are usually very popular franchises, and with that comes annoying, stupid people. If you were to find a multiplayer with a good community, it'll probably be a smaller game that doesn't have a massive pool of players. I can't think of...

I despise MMOs, so you can imagine how sad I was when I heard that my favorite game series ever was morphing into one. So no, I will not be playing it. I'll just play through KOTOR again.
