Id go with chain of olympus. Honestly god of war is over the top, but fun to pick up for a little bit if you have the time. Its an action "rpg" which is basic button mashing fun.

When im bored of life, i can devote my time to learning the lives of "others". or learning how to overcome an obstacle, whether that be a final boss, someone online, or just my own personal goals within a video game. plus they are fun. ;)

Final Fantasy 3 was pretty cool. Can change up character classes like FFTACTICS basically. also FFIX. just because i loved that game.

Ive heard/seen that the disgea series is very similar. I like FE and also enjoyed FFXII: Revanant wings. although it was a bit shallow..
