Playing counter strike when I first got broadband, am amazing 250kbs!!! got me banned a lot for incredible pings. To be fair though I was often on american servers so my ping was in the hundreds.

That's a crazy type of idea son, what we need are more graphics for tiny parts of the market to enjoy.
