i would recommend - Oblivion GOTY edition ( you can get it for like $20) -Fallout 3 GOTY Edition ( also around $20) - Mount and Blade Warband, or Mount and blade Fire & sword - Sims if you like pure role-playing without any dungeon exploring or combat.

well if you want that much realism then mod the game after you get it. in reality a single sword slice or a single swing of a mace against your knee is enough to bring you down and take you out of the fight. If the combat was that realistic then we ourselves might as well run around and fight...
