    Yahtzee-Do you take him seriously?

Same. I wish I had waited that extra day to see his review on Alan Wake the day after I bought it... It would have swayed me to not buy it - for the better. I take his criticism seriously when his points touch on things that are important to me in a game (i.e. when he says a game is too...

How does your girlfriend cope with your gaming?

Oh yeah me and my girl do L4D and half-life. When we first starting dating and I was away at college, we used to team up online in half-life servers and kick ass. She even had her name as "Budgy's Girl" too good!

What game did you play the most during your childhood

Totally. Except with my sister and hordes of bots without weapons (only fists). My first zombie-like gaming experience.

Question about a possibly needed law.

Read The Cyberiad. Brings up this exact issue. According to classical philosophy any other human around you "look and behave the same" but that doesn't prove they are humans, because you can't possibly know if they (or anything you perceive at all) are "real" since they are being brought to...

    Recommend a stratergy game.

    1. Supreme Commander 2. Red Alert 2 3. Defcon While supreme commander has a slighttttly steep learning curve (unless you've played Total Annihilation), these 3 are the most fun RTS games I've played for being on the more simple side of things. EDIT: Oh yeah that one too.

Which track of music from any game did you enjoy the most?

Deus Ex. Not just this song, but in general.

    Calm down...its just a game...

This one time me and a friend were playing HL (the first one) multiplayer. I killed him a few times in a row on killbox with a crossbow and he threw his mouse (wireless) at my face from his computer. Still stings when I think about it.

    Your favorite book.

If you imagine Kurt Vonnegut's playful yet satirical style and mix it around with philosophical ideas (such as Berkeley's ideas, seen replicated in The Matrix) and add that to the question of intelligent life in machines you get The Cyberiad. Truly an original, entertaining and witty piece of...

    Your favorite book.

I've read Cyberiad by Stanislaw Lem but not Solaris -- how do they compare to one another? Have you read them both? Which do you like better if so? Same questions here -- read The Road by McCarthy but not Blood Meridian.

    Your favorite book.

Chicks coming over - Fun 4-player games needed

My favorite past time in the past few years is to combine drinking and mario kart 64. 2nd and 3rd place have to take a shot. 4th takes 2 shots. 1st gets a beer. more than 4 people, you switch out either 4th or 1st place. The only bad thing is 4th player just gets completely trounced by the...

So I haven't played Shadow Of The Colossus...

Definintely worth playing; not the best thing out there but it has amazing (for ps2) graphics, and even though it can seem bland on the surface as you progress you realize there is more depth and plot to the game that reveals itself to you in a way that few other games have managed to do...
