I'm not sure I get all this. So they could possibly get away with it if it's in the EULA right? But for console games, you can't see the EULA until you start the game or open it. So wouldn't that void the EULA since it isn't openly displayed or easily accessed by the consumer?

I could be wrong in my interpretation, but I believe that applies specifically to an actual flag, not a shirt. As in you can't use it as a cape or make it into a shirt.

I can understand wanting to try and stop violence before it happens, but seriously you couldn't find any other way than banning wearing shirts with flags on them? That depends on different things, but if we're talking total compliance from the masses. I was going to make a whole list but to put it simply, I would make the world like The Federation of Star Trek, or at least put us on the path to it.
