If I want a game with a deep, compelling narrative I'll play Beyond: Two Souls or The Last of Us. If I want a game where I can have complete unrestrained fun I'll play Saint's Row IV.
Meh, I'll go by the general concensus on Rotten Tomatoes rather than this one review. As someone who hasn't seen anything Star Trek related other than the previous JJ Abrahms one (which I thoroughly enjoyed), I'll be seeing this sometime soon.
This game is looking better and better to me, being one of the few people who found the zaniness of Saints Row 3 to be fully entertaining. Looking forward to romping through more outlandish and insane experiences.
Well, according to articles I have read the script is being written by the writer of all of the Ratchet and Clank games, T.J. Fixman. So that sort of balances out the awfulness of being made by Rainmaker Studios.

The only annoyance for me was the lack of a map. The levels are very linear so I can understand why they left it out but later on it's a pain in the ass to navigate the market district without spamming the magical navigator arrow-thingy.

Final Fantasy 13 - It was the first Final Fantasy game I've ever played and I really enjoyed it. I must have, because it managed to keep me engaged for the fifty hours I played through the story. Have yet to play the sequel though.
