From what I understand, the Azure Flute was never distributed so the Bank flags that as a hack regardless of it being Hall of Origin. I have also read that a Darkrai obtained with that hack will go through because there is some sort of internal flag missing in that instance.

Event Legendaries can't be traded over GTS. They will, however, transfer fine in usual online trades. EDIT: I have an Event Torchic (well, Blaziken now) with Blazikenite. Would anybody be interested in trading a Darkrai for it?

I appreciate the offer, but I feel I should decline as I already have more than one of my own. Reshiram is easily one of my favorite Pokémon and I've been playing since R/B/Y. I can't help but ask, though, if you have another Keldeo to give away? I somehow missed his event back in BW2.
