I'm not sure how much could be chalked up specifically to frustration, but I remember having to replace a whole lot of springs on my old Thrustmaster flightsticks. I've certainly taken plenty of controllers to the edge though; the NES gamepad in particular was *surprisingly* flexible.

I believe it's currently a tie between Half-Life and Guitar Hero 2 at three times each. Gotta have that Dethklok track.

Jesus, there's the entire JRPG genre to plunder, and Yahtzee picks up the first mediocre piece of shit he finds on his In pile. Loved the review of this specific game, but you've got to go to Ogre or the Final Fantasy tactics games to get an idea of what a decent Jurpugurtus looks like.

Absolutely on the mark; and I was actually a bit worried going in, considering the last couple of FPS reviews of vaguely similar titles. I was forgetting that unlike Turok or the other one, Painkiller is actually really good. Nothing fancy, no lame gimmicks, just a great little shooting game...

Y'know, I actually liked the Painkiller redub; it was *mostly* funny and the timing at the end was priceless. That's all I had to say, send in the Genetic Hygiene squad if you must. (Better yet, Mr. Crenshaw, make another one and piss directly in the haters' collectivized face.)
