Seeing as I got a nice form letter from the mods, I'd like to take my time to tell the tale of what I think what my game of the year in my own personal opinion was.
Dishonoured or Mass Effect 3.
I personally liked everything in mass effect 3 - or me3 as the kids call it - even the ending...
It's not that I go to public swimming pools all that often to begin with but I don't find it particularly gross. I mean, thats why it burns like hell when you go under without goggles. It's overloaded with chlorine and such to kill the pee germs or whatever.
I think the NOAA's list of unknown sounds creeps me the fuck out. Noises coming from the deep ocean and nobody knows what it is.
And spiders. FUCK THAT SHIT YO. When I was little a bunch of them hatched in my closet and swarmed me. Not what I would call a fun time.
First time I ever saw the term was in Gears of War. I thought they called it that because they named all their difficulties differently than other games that I played at that time (casual, hardcore, insane). To me it just seemed like everyone wanted to follow suit.

The mountains. Get out of the city (and people) as fast as possible. You can hunt, trap, fish, and get water from creeks. If anyone tries to weigh you down on the way out get rid of them and take their supplies. Only use my rifle in serious situations, use the bow and the knife for everything...
I thought it was very good. Me and a buddy of mine just finished it today. I thought it was overall a great game and it didn't overstay its welcome. It felt much more weighted than other FPS's and really gave a good feeling of combat. I'd give it 8.5/10 at least.
