Yeah, that isn't because of what particular gun your officers have. It's because your country has one of the highest quality of life scores in the entire world. Happy, successful, educated, wealthy people = low crime rates.

I like to think about it this way. Would I rather be afraid of Criminals, individuals who operate outside the law and who are not only not protected by most of it, but are actively pursued.. ..Or afraid of Police, individuals who operate within the law and have it's fullest protection...
