Music/rhythm games. I am such a sucker for them and I fail soooo hard... Especially Beatmania. Got to play it once at some anime convention last year, I sucked ass, but it was some mighty fine ass. Damn near convinced me to buy a controller, imports, and a modchip.

Exit Path is pretty nice, has a similar feel to Portal. It can be finished pretty quickly though.
There's also the Four Second Frenzy games which are fun, but more often than not I wind up ragequitting after about a half hour.
The only problem with touch screen FPS controls is that people who play Southpaw are screwed over since there isn't an analog on the right side.
But, this is just one more reason to not adopt early because Nintendo always will release a revision of the hardware roughly a year down the line.
