Nier had an excellent story, in my opinion. It's narrative and soundtrack are top notch. But thats just me :P to balance it out, I loathe the 2 supporting characters that do the fighting with you. Everything else was wonderful And MGS4 wasnt about the violence, you could beat the whole game...
