Siege tanks from StarCraft... They're just so usefull and versatile, not to mention they look awesome.

Hmm... to be honest, probably the last level of Halo. The first one that is, not the third. You're in this building and it's crumbling down and really gives you the sense of danger. I loved how many of the elites and grunts didn't bother to shoot at you and just wanted to run away... Felt nice...
