I'm not in favour of this, mainly because it's making a generalisation about children, basing your impression on a vocal minority. What's more, it'd be difficult to determine how old is old enough to go to movies, restaurants etc. Perhaps stricter rules about what a restauarant or theater can...

I find Wind Waker to be a charming, innovative and fun game, never tedious even during the Triforce hunt, which I found easy and a fun way to get the player to explore.

Beyond Good and Evil : it's massively overrated and awkward to control. Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga: it's too easy.
