Same thing happened to me. The extras were a fucking disaster. It's really a shame because I was looking forward to the game, and it's really fun to play. I ordered my copy from Amazon, and the cardboard slip cover was pretty beat up.

I am really hoping that Nintendo removes region lock. I recently got a 3DS, and I'd love to be able to import games from other regions. Region lock is dying, and it's time for ol' Nintendo to put the final nail in the coffin.
