"There is rest for the wicked"

You're wrong. The song existed before Borderlands.

Supernanny Tries to Prove Violent Games Are Bad

The sample size is much too small, the article does not mention a control, the "evidence" or rather "results" are trivial and are affected by FAR too many factors to point to a single thing, and no, you are indeed not a neuroscientist.

Oblivious Presents: Mages, Wizards and General Magic Users.

I suppose keeping yourself standing (being that most mages probably aren't trained in combat) would take away somewhat from recalling the proper incantations and speaking them perfectly. *shrug*

    N. Korea Threatens USA

There's one thing in a game that's very popular in Korea that seems to sum up this entire situation. Nuclear launch detected. Seriously, why is N. Korea not a wasteland yet? It's pretty obvious they're considering invading another country, probably S. Korea, whom we're defending.

    Wait...What did you say?

I've read about halfway through it, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst books I've ever read, and that's not even an exaggeration. Save yourself and don't read it.

Ok you called me out. Now I?m calling you out. Name me some RTS.

Starcraft is your best bet, although you can't go wrong with the "Age of ____" games. Rise of Nations is also a great one.

Google Criticized as "Anti-American" for Tetris Logo

If they seriously think that one battle was the sole reason the Allies won they need to learn a thing or two about war. One battle does not a war win. Secondly, I can't even read the word Google on that.

Poll: For the Horde!!...Nah, Not really

Alliance. Horde things are just shades of yellow and brown, to me, anyway.

    Your gaming quirks

None come to mind for myself, but I know a guy who researches every aspect of the storyline of a game if he picks it up so much as once, and if the game has customizable characters, he writes a complete and full backstory for his character.

    Video Game Crushes?

I get this with characters I roleplay with a lot, exept they're more, "Man, I would love to meet this guy," rather than a crush. I suppose it works the same way with video game characters.

Poll: How do you post on the Escapist?

I post when I have something to say, which isn't very often, to be honest.

You've been locked in a cave with only one CD and DVD each, what are they?

Rush's Moving Pictures for the CD, and The Complete Guide to Escaping Caves With Nothing More than a Rush CD for the DVD. Aren't I clever.

Poll: I do not feel more respect or admiration for military personnel than I do for anyone else.

Probably, every other country on Earth. The only reason the U.S. hasen't been attacked from all sides is probably because we have a military.

"pause...revert to saved" in real life?

Almost every moment of every day.
