This game has the potential to kill WoW, same with GW2. So yes, it is. Great story, though graphics and gameplay can be clunky, also, if you're into Roleplaying from what i've seen this game has an awesome Roleplaying community.

It has to be Chrono Trigger, the giant robot thing where you have to destroy all it's parts or something like that. I kept dying, so what was I supposed to do?
Pokemon. It is the SAME game with different colored mice or whatever that make different noises that sound like the noise a Gameboy would make if you dropped it in a bucket of water.

Best was probably any Fallout game. Loads of Content, tons of replayability.
Worst? Every game that comes out these days. Yeah, sure..your game could have come out of Mark Twain's nose, flown through space and time, and been hand delivered to me by Master Chief.

I can think of three places that would be good for a Fallout game right off the bat:
Illinois
Florida
New York
IL would be a good mix of Suburbs and city. NY would give off an industrial feeling, and Florida would be 'Point Lookout' but longer.
