That's pretty much exactly my feeling. It was entertaining at times but and generally it just felt like nothing but eye candy and fan boy pandering. I'd really like one of these weekly shows to feature a female host that wasn't characterized as a vapid stereotype.

The first one was a pretty dismal waste of a good premise, so hopefully this one will be able to actually make the story go somewhere. If it actually works and has a real ending, I might consider buying after it is inevitably marked down under $30 a few years after release.
