Wasn't RTS originally born on the consoles--specifically with Herzog Zwei for the Genesis? Most PC RTSes won't work when converted to consoles, but there is room for controller-driven RTS-styled games. Pikmin, for example, seems like it would fit the bill. But when the RTS gameplay style...
1. I'd wish for a dream or something to believe in.

Streets of Rage 2 - Easily my favoritestest game soundtrack evep. Yuzo Koshiro is brilliant.
Rez - But it's more than just the soundtrack itself. It's what it does with the music.
Jet Set Radio - Not since ToeJam & Earl has a game been so beautifully funky.
I play games based on how much fun they are, not based on what system they're on. With that said, I still think the Genesis has the greatest game library of any system. So yes, I still play on older consoles and will continue to do so until newer consoles start putting out more fun games...
Super Mario Bros. 2 wasn't a Mario game and therefore can't be regarded as a true sequel. But I personally think that it is by far the best Mario game ever and far,far better than the original Super Mario Bros.
