I got in a discussion of favorite old RPG's with a friend and I brought up Ogre Battle 64. About a year of looking for it locally I broke down and bought a copy of Ebay for $50. Luckily during the search for it I found Grim Fandango for $10!

Men of Valor? I think it fits the bill, been awhile obviously.
